• By the UEN-01 nick machine, you can perform nicking between the thickness of 0,2 mm - 2 mm.
• Stone diameter of the machine is 50 mm and can be used up to the thickness of 25 mm. By this way, saving from the consumables is achieved.
• Thanks to the mechanical caliper on it, you can perform nicking at equal intervals or at the net measurements you desire.

EASY and PRECISE NICKING

This machine has been manufactured with the purpose of nicking the moulds used in the manufacturing of package cutting moulds. As known, nick operation is an operation that should be carried out with care in terms of both depth and thickness. For this reason, nick operation is carried out by such special mould nicking machines.

In all Unique eccentric systems, beddings are carried out by rollers and by this way, corrosion spaces are prevented which may occur in the course of time.

UEN-01, with its 600 W - electric engine and 6 - stage adjustable speed, can easily perform nicking operations at 40.000 rpm. All aluminums used in the machine are made of materials highly resistant against corrosion and strokes. The painting on it is made by the spray painting method after the special hardening operation, and a durable surface has been created.
